In a world in which technology, society and personal attitudes have dramatically changed the way consumers behave, it’s not enough to have good creative ideas.

 

You have to be able to blend superb strategic thinking with awesome channel and distribution knowledge, incredible instinct, plus brilliant ideas.

 

I’m a rare breed (in a good way), marrying it all with an entrepreneurial spirit and a jolly good sense of humour. If you like the sound of all that, get in touch.

Danielle 'D-Meister' Welton is quite frankly a kick-ass all round creative gun. My experience with Danielle was during her stay with us at Edge as the role of Head of Content. She could just as easily worn the hat of a conceptual writer or creative director, such is her instinct with great ideas. Not only did Danielle help put together many great pitches and props, she nailed the day-to-day work on everything from leading magazine titles to social media content. Danielle has an infectious sense of humour, a confidence in her ideas and a natural presentation style. We miss her already.

Danielle Welton is blessed with an unusual combination of imagination and pragmatism. If you're a client (or a CEO) this is great news. It means that she has an endless supply of original, beautiful ideas – and can find a way to make them work in real life, on a real budget. Danielle is also whip-smart, so if your strategy team all happen to be ill or on holiday, she has the brains to come up with a watertight strategy that is creative and commercial. Best of all she's a smasher – bags of energy, loads of laughs and wonderful to work with.

She's super-efficient, leads teams in a way that brings out the best in them. I've been proud to have her as a co-pilot on more than one bumpy ride... and too many smooth ones to mention.
