VIDEO IS A MASTERFUL medium for storytellers. Whether you're tugging at the heart strings, educating, inspiring or giving people a good old belly laugh, video is incredible for grabbing attention, holding it and inspiring an action or reaction.

 

Every content campaign I work on has an element of video, but the shape and flavour of that video will depend on the brand, brief and channels I have to work with. For the video above, we had two days to come up with a video concept that would help launch Vitality's sponsorship of the first ever day/night cricket game in the UK. We then had half a day to film it with Joe Root, England cricket captain. It was lucky he was game, because the solution involved A LOT of fleuro paint.

The result was better than anticipated, as the story was picked up by The Sun and Metro. Howzat!
