Brand launch and creative development

IT'S EXCITING ENOUGH being asked to work with one of the UK's most successful and iconic athletes ever, but when that work involves helping her create a fresh-new brand, develop the content architecture to share it with the world, then make it all happen, that's a really special opportunity.

 

The result was Jennis, a business and brand that I am very proud to have helped launch and continue to consult on.

 

Topline results. Within six months, we have built the Jennis email database to 17k, with an average open rate of 31%; 41k organic social following; 25k monthly visits to the site. App subscriptions in the last quarter (Nov - Jan) are up 34% and conversion rate is at 9.5%.
 
How do I do it?. 1) I spend time closely analysing the Jennis audience to understand their needs, then use that intel to create great content that speaks to their motivations and challenges. 2) I constantly analyse the data we get from how customers are interacting with us, then adjust our content output for maximum return.
